I come to publish the latest beach in Mallorca. There're many and equally beautiful beaches, but the world despite being a scarf, hides many places to teach.

Possibly the most famous beach of the island, we ended the tour in Es Trenc beach, nature reserve declared in 1984. You can go with public transport. If you have your own vehicle, you must lead to Campos, and the moment you arrive, you'll see some signs pointing direction "Sa Rápita. On the way to "Sa Rápita" find a sign pointing to "Ses Covetes". Continue until the end where you finally get there. Park your vehicle shortly before the end of the road (the valet parking costs € 3).

Although it's a tourist beach, has that wild untouched nature. It measures 3 miles long, through the struggle of thousands of people in the XX century fought the massive urbanization of the area. Water as clear as pure water and in considerable depth as you can walk 15-20 meters water only reached your knees. Rich vegetation consists mainly of: pine, juniper and dunes covered with thick bushes.

In summer, during the months of July and August, is held every Saturday the party known as "The Last Paradise". Every weekend, hundreds of youngs meet at the beach bars to enjoy a unique celebration with music, mojitos and all this at the seashore.

Not only because this's one of the most spectacular beaches, but it's also the incredible sunset that takes place every evening, and the presence of the island of Cabrera (natural park which can only be accessed by organized tours) on the horizon.

Don't forget that these are some of the few beaches that await on the island of Mallorca. I hope you enjoy the island as much as me.

Each week the earth shook when my parents told me that on Saturday we went to the mountains. But now, Mum and Dad if you read it, I say you thank you.

This excursion was most impact me, especially since we weren't only four, but because this is donewith a group. Every Saturday (when the torrent is already dry) a group of 16 people meet at the restaurant Escorca in the municipality with the same name, at 10:00. The cars will lower guides the car park to the beach back home in the afternoon.

The tour lasts until 15:30. During these three hours, we descend along a path in the mountains until you reach what is known as s'Entreforc, where we rest 10 minutes. To continue the adventure, we will turn aside to see the exit of Sa Fosca. We eat in the shade at the Cave des Romegueral to finish the route on the beach of Sa Calobra.

From that moment, each decides what he wants to do: if a dip stick, go, go get some ice cream to restaurants, etc.

Very fun to make it at least once in their life.

Possibly the most visited beach of Mallorca for his spectacular and beauty landscape. I used to go every years, until it was too touristy.

Existen tres maneras de llegar:

There're three ways to get there:

1. Car: 38 km from Sóller (nice town), we'll find clearly marked. The road to get there's called the Nus de Corbata(tie knot) by the countless laps he gives, is 13 km to go down 900 meters.

2. Tour boats: that run from the port of Soller and are a good alternative to get there.

3. In the torrent of Pareis excursion: I will explain in detail later.

In the first case, don't worry about parking because there's parking. Walk about 300 meters walk along the cliffs, some of it inside a tunnel, reaching the mouth of the stream of Pareis' torrent, with a small beach (Sa Calobra).

Surrounded by high walls of natural rock, is 70 meters long and 30 wide. Formed by boulders, sand and gravel on the shore. The water usually has an average temperature, but before July it's so cold.

There aren't signs prohibiting the entrance of animals, but as the beach is so small, I recommend go further back (in the mouth) to not disturb.

If I'm honest at first I hated this beach. Not because I liked the scenery, but because I'm a stubborn and insisted on getting into the rocky area where there was heavy waves and I ended up with enough wounds on legs, belly and arms having been dragged by the current towards the coast, I repeat thar it was rocky.

But forgetting this disaster, it's truth that every time I go I find something that I like better that site.

Within the municipality of Santa Margalida, we have to drive for one hour from Palma to the beach. Going down the Marratxí road to Inca; we'll change direction to Santa Margalida, and from there we turn on the MA-12, direct to the coast. From the parking we've to walk 200 meters to the beach.

Located between two natural beaches, Sa Canova and Son Real (both in the Bay of Alcudia), in an area where the only buildings are used as second homes. It measures 500 meters long and 100 wide. There aren't a lot of people and it's ideal for water sports like windsurfing. Pets are allowed and it's and ideal place to play with their.

For all those days in Son Serra de Marina.

CALA MESQUIDA

It isn't common to find a Mallorca beach dunes, but in Cala Mesquida, northwest of the island, itself and is the reason it is one of my favorite beaches on the island.

For an hour and a half from Palma, we go down the road of Marratxí until Inca, and turn in Artà and Capdepera (depending on which name is marked). Once we arrived Capdepera, come to MA-15, we will be careful not to mistake (the signs are appropriate in a roundabout).

It's in a zone with a bit of contructions, with a beach bar where I recommend you take an icecream; it's well open to the sea, 800 meters long and 60 meters of sand flat to which we must add the space occupied by the dunes. There is a hotel (on left) and the mountains of Son Jaumell, through which we can reach Cala Ratjada or Atlaya Son Jaumell(not for lazy people) where there is a watchtower from which to watch pirates.

For years, was the main stage of persecution among civil guards and smugglers of snuff and coffee. It was so popular that it was building a Civil Guard barracks, but is now abandoned.

The montains dunes of 15 meters is the special element of the beach. They preserved the typical dune vegetation, practically nonexistent in the west for all have been destroyed by construction.

Pets are allowed. The only disadvantage I find is that normally you can see turbulent sea and find the red flag (only allows surfers bath or other water sports that require these weather conditions).

An alternative I recommend you go back and enjoy Canyamel beach, where probably will wave the green flag.

Tequiero.

This publication want to dedicate this publication to my friend Álvaro, because he was who taught it me and not be swept away. Love you.

A little further north to Cala Millor, following the same highway and passing Son Servera, a small paradise found refuge in the mountains and pines. In Canyamel is where the sun of Majorca born. His name comes from the sugar production process that lasted approximately seven years in 1473, as "canyamel" in english language means sugar cane.

Semi-urban beach, is at the center of four golf courses: "Canyamel Golf", "Capdepera Golf "," Pula Golf "and "Golf Son Servera". Its 290 meters long and 80 meters wide form the mouth of a small stream that forms a small Mallorcan tight throughout the year, where they rest several species of birds such as geese, ducks, etc. Pets are allowed.

Fifteen minutes walk away are the famous "Caves of Arta", formerly known as the "Hermit Caves". They are stunning, a masterpiece of underground. The 7 € for adults and € 4 for children will not be wasteful, not regret.

CALLA MILLOR

Following our way north of the island, the next cove which I show is a pretty tourist area but beautiful too.

Cala Millor is situated east of Mallorca at 60 km away from Palma. To reach the beach we take the MA-15 highway through the towns of: Algaida, Montuiri, Vilafranca de Bonany, Manacor, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, to Son Servera, where we make a detour at exit MA-4030 to the beach. There isn't difficulty in reaching the beach, the roads are paved and well marked.

Cala Millor consists of endless beaches of fine golden sand with clean water and full of comforts. It is one of the leading resorts on the island, so close are numerous shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants.

For its length, is perfect for practicing all kinds of sports such as beach or surf Bolley, although if you are looking to unwind and relax will also find that peace you are looking for in Cala Millor.

Every Friday you can visit the weekly market that is mounted near Son Servera, Arta and Manacor.

A few minutes away is another of the local delicacies, Cala Bona that next to Cala Millor, are favorites by tourists. To access it must be careful because unlike the first, the road is damaged and hampers their movement in it.

Personally I love this beach because it has all and for all tastes. If you visit the island shouldn't return without having visited. Thanks for visiting aftertherainthesuncoming.

CALA DOMINGOS

Following the southeast of Majorca, and within what are the Calas de Mallorca, the next cove which I present is: Cala Domingos.

I had heard of by my friends are crazy about surfing, yes, just like the movie, but not I was until last August. Located between Porto Cristo and Portoclom, Cala Domingos is a beautiful beach of fine white sand, really the beach consists of two bays, with a bit constructions with a short walk seaside.

From Palma there are no complications to come. Following the Levant to Llucmajor motorway, you will have to follow the road from Felanitx to find the respective signs for Calas de Mallorca.

If you are looking for tranquility, a place to unwind, do not go in high season, tourists will "own" it.

But if you like surfing and the weather is in your favor (see waves forecasts in: wwww.surfmediterraneo.com), is a perfect beach for both beginners and for veterans. Being sheltered by the rocks that form the coast, waves usually neat and orderly, thus forming a perfect waves for surfing or bodyboarding.

If you prefer a panoramic view of the Mediterranean, forget the sand, though not as soft , spread your towel on the rocks that stand between the two bays. A perfect place to think and enjoy the sea.
Unlike in Cala Varques, this cove, being more tourist are not allowed pets (although you can take it to the rocks).

¡Ah! No olvidéis pegaros el chapuzón…

Ah! Don't forget the dip stick ...

CALA BARQUES

Unlike the last post in which I confined myself to briefly describe to you, as personal opinion, are the most beautiful beaches and coves of the south, this time I will focus on that, again in my view, is within the 10 most beautiful beaches of Mallorca.

The beach which you submitted is: Cala Varques. Located in the town of Manacor (name you have heard of the tennis player Rafa Nadal) is an 1 hour approximate time of Palma, although bus time would be extended considerably. It should always follow the direction of Calas de Mallorca, reaching out MA-4014. You must pay attention and turn right at the first voyage to find (do not expect to be paved). At the end of the road you will find a closed metal door with a chain and a padlock, if you push, the door will open enough to pass. From that point to the beach you will have to go down the field, is well marked, for 20 minutes. Once at the beach, only remains for you to enjoy the scenery.
Surely you've heard that the creek will see cows, before it was well. Until two years ago fell during the day until nightfall. Currently, due to the numerous complaints received in the municipality of Manacor on the stool and discomfort caused by, the visitors are the only visitors.

It measures about 70 meters long and 50 meters wide. Sand and gravel, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation without building in sight. It is important to note that it is a beach where nudity is allowed even more numerous those who prefer not to practice it. Pets are allowed (dogs).
But that's not all. You can go swimming or walking, eventually you'll have to take a dip, to enter the small underground cave. Rarely will have the opportunity to see something like this, a mixture of rock, stalactites and crystal clear water makes it a special place.
Remember that only people can make places like this exist for much longer. Do not forget to pick up dog droppings in the case that what you carry, pick up trash bags (at the end of the journey will find two cubes).
Thank you very much for helping to preserve nature. Hope you like it as much as me!
